We are doing an Easter drive to make gift baskets for children in need. Recipients include the children of migrant farm workers. This year we are also partnering with the SJ Pride Center to identify other families in need. Our 2023 goal is to make fifty baskets.
We need coloring books, plush toys, small toys, candy, bubbles, erasers, Yo-yos, bracelets, necklaces, toy cars, or anything that can go into an Easter basket.
Bring your donations to church on Sundays and leave them on the platform in front of the keyboard. Donations are due by April 2 so that we can put the baskets together on April 5.
If you want to donate money to support this project, just make a donation in the usual way and include a note saying that it is for Easter Baskets.
